World War Z Goes to Florida: Everything in the Viral State Update
World War Z is heading to sunny Florida with its Viral State update, adding a new episode, a new enemy type and crossplay improvements.
The Viral State episode takes the squad through flooded suburbs, a theme park and a launch facility. Each mission introduces the Lurker, a zombie that ambushes from water and vegetation.
New weapons include a compact crossbow and a flare pistol that draws hordes away from objectives. Horde Mode XL receives the Florida maps on day one.
The update is free for all Aftermath owners.
