7DS Origin 2.3: Bonus Lock, Greed Incarnate and Estia
The Seven Deadly Sins Origin 2.3 update arrives on October 28, 2026, and it brings the equipment changes many Star Rank players have asked for.
Version 2.3 adds Bonus Lock, a long-requested feature that lets you keep one bonus stat when re-rolling equipment. It removes the worst part of the late-game gear grind and makes high-roll pieces far more achievable.
Two new characters headline the patch: Greed Incarnate, a demon-type attacker built around stacking debuffs, and Estia, a fire mage with a wide area burst. Both come with a dedicated story chapter and a limited-time boss challenge.
The patch also raises the Star Rank cap and adds a new tier of Britannia exploration rewards.
