Reverse: 1999 3.9: Hedone, Narcissus and 14 Free Summons
Reverse: 1999 3.9, titled "Rekindled! Games of the Summer-Gold Sea," arrives on November 5, 2026 (UTC-5) and sets sail for a seaside festival.
Version 3.9 introduces Hedone, a six-star Mineral damage dealer with a follow-up attack mechanic, and Narcissus, a five-star support focused on Moxie generation.
Fourteen free summons are distributed through login rewards and the festival event, alongside a new Psychube and a wave of Insight material double drops.
The patch also reruns Windsong and Lucy with their signature Psychubes.
